Our Legislation includes:
- Two Draft Amendments for Rights of People and Rights of Campaign Finance Limits
- Unique Abort Clause if other topics proposed. (see below)
SCHOLARS HAVE DEBUNKED CONVENTION OF STATES FEAR such as Russell Caplan, Michael Rappaport, Michael Stern, Michael Farris, Roman Hoyos, Tomasz Wieciech, John G. Malcolm, and Robert G. Natelson.
STATE CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTIONS have been held for years without rewriting State Constitutions.
- Started with 5 conservative Libertarian proposed amendments.
- Ended with 4 mostly Progressive proposed amendments including the Equal Rights Amendment and eliminating partisan gerrymandering.
